Beyond the Queen's Gambit is a humorous, insightful, and inspiring look at the game of chess! Comedian and chess advocate Pat LaVone takes the stage at Sisyphus Brewing, where he'll share a hilarious insider’s look at the many amazing benefits children and adults receive when they regularly engage with chess. You'll follow his journey: falling in love with the royal game at a young age, watching thousands of students reap the benefits of playing, and ultimately answering the question, "Why Chess?"

20% of ticket revenue will be donated to the Minnesota State Chess Association for scholastic chess programming.
